Once you have decided upon which in-home health care, Progressive will partner with you to ensure you get the best care from the very first meeting:

At the initial visit, a nurse or therapist will work with you and your caregivers to organize medication management, assess patient health status, and review the home environment for safety.

Your dedicated nurse will become your case manager, collaborating with you and your family, doctors, therapists, nursing aids and your support system to provide expert services.

Each patient receives a personalized care plan, created in partnership with their physician, to ensure the best possible outcomes.
